BOLIVAR

Bolivar was an independent state until it joined the United States of Colombia which became the Republic of Colombia in 1886. Bolivar retained the right to issue their own stamps until 1904. Some examples of a Bolivar stamps is as follows: ESTADO SOBERANO DE BOLIVAR
