The difference between the first design and the second design in the above figure. Is that the 2nd design shows small dash(arrow) under the tip of the ornaments. They are to the rignt of the figure "1" in the upper left hand corner of the stamp.

In the above figure the 2nd design 3 cent value, shows a small half ball extending out of the ornaments at each corner of the design. Also, the ornaments at the corners are larger than in the 1st design. In the above figure the 2nd design 5 cent value, has a curl projecting from the scrolled ornaments at each corner of the stamp
